Wayout has created a micro-factory, that can be plugged in anywhere in the world, and produce clear water. Last year they entered a partnership with Alfa Laval, and together opened a pop-up showroom in Dubai.

A single Wayout system can supply 3,000 people with clean and safe daily drinking and cooking water with zero byproducts while helping to eliminate the use of approximately 6.5 million plastic bottles and prevent the release of 536 metric tons of CO₂ emissions yearly, according to the company.

They will use the pop-up showroom to demonstrate their clean technology and water production system, including a smart pod, kegs, and taps.

The showroom will, for six months, be found in Alserkal in the Al Quoz industrial area near Dubai's Marina and financial district.

Warp News has previously interviewed Wayout's co-founders Martin Renck and Ulf Stenerhag.

"There is massive waste going on right now. There is no reason to get water from Evian in Switzerland and transport it in plastic bottles around the world. Water is everywhere. Our system can make that water clean and either let you drink it directly or create other beverages from it, on the spot," creative director Martin Renck, said to Warp News last year.
