♻️ Fisker:

The car company Fisker has launched its new car Fisker Ocean. The first delivery of the car is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022. The company calls the Ocean model the world’s most sustainable car.

The car model is reminiscent in its shape and design of the Range Rover Evoque and the car’s interior consists of 100 percent vegan cloth, where large parts consist of recycled material. The recycled material is made from things like plastic and fishing nets collected from the sea, but has also been taken from old car tires and t-shirts that have been given new life as rubber moldings and part of the car’s dashboard.

Based on the sustainability profile, the car is also equipped with solar cells on the roof in order to strengthen efficiency and provide support for the car’s system. Fisker Ocean has a range of 480 km and the sunroof will strengthen it with an extra range of 160 km per year. The car, which is an SUV, also has technical features in the California spirit. Among other things, it can resemble a convertible where all windows except the windshield can be cranked down with the push of a button.

The car will be sold for around $40,000. The company’s founder, the Dane Henrik Fisker , has in interviews referred to the car as a complement to Tesla. The innovations in the automotive industry continue and the company has so far received strong interest and approximately 7,000 reservations. The future looks bright for a sustainable electric car market.
